Traditional, friendly and welcoming, the Anchor has been a McMullen pub since 1892.
Locally brewed real ales, cocktails, popular wines, world lagers, fantastic entertainment, live Sky and TNT Sports, darts, pool table and a great deal of cosiness all make this proper, two-bar quality pub a delight to visit.

Private Hire, Birthdays and Events
Our pub is available for private hire. Our Main Bar can seat up to 40 guests, or 100 for less formal events, while the Back Bar can seat 22 plus another 50 guests standing.
