I joined Mac’s in 2017 and I am responsible for the smooth day to day running of 14 of our wet-let and community businesses, ensuring the best possible experience for our guests. I love that our own team progress and succeed within the business.

I joined Mac’s back in 2014, and am the Head of People Development. I have the best role in Macs – being responsible for the development of the Macs team, overseeing talent acquisition, training and development, reward, EDI, wellbeing, talent management, and employee experience. I love being in a business that genuinely cares about its team and therefore the guest experience. It’s a unique culture that I am proud to help build and be a part of.

I joined Mac’s in 2017 and I lead all the purchasing across the group; supplier negotiation & management of group contracts; working collaboratively with the supply base to grow our business. As a family run business everyone knows everyone, you aren’t just a number, and you feel you can make a real difference.

Working with the Retail team, together we lead, inspire and grow the teams, pubs, boutique rooms, golf course and estate that we run ourselves. I love working in a profession where people can grow and thrive based on their merit, where we are all focused on delivering the best guest experience every day.

I joined Macs in 2022 and I manage the day to day running of the tenanted department and supporting and developing our pub partners to create thriving pubs in their local community. Being part of a small regional brewer and pub co really does feel like you are appreciated, supported and one of the family!

I joined Mac’s in 2022 and I support the General Managers and teams in the Macs Classic concept to deliver excellent service to our guests alongside a strong financial performance. I love the feeling of belonging and sense of family at Macs.

I joined Macs in 2019 and I lead a highly experienced property team and specifically I am responsible for the acquisition of new pubs and assets as well as property management across the whole property portfolio. This portfolio includes pubs, hotels, commercial and domestic assets as well as land. This is also combined with my role as a main board director. Working at Macs means I get to work with the most amazing variety of pubs and assets alongside my fantastic team in a company which cares for it’s property and people.

I joined Mac’s in 2020, in my role I am responsible for all aspects of commercial finance. I love being able to work with so many brilliant people across the business from head office to pubs whilst in a finance role.

I joined Mac’s in 2022, in my role myself and my team support both the managed and tenancy pubs through every aspect of their marketing. We also work closely with the head office team to continue to raise the profile of the McMullen’s pub and brewery brand. Having such a varied estate of pubs and hotels, that is continually growing and being invested in, is really exciting & certainly makes my job easier! I love seeing my team – amazing marketeers continue to grow and develop within the business.

I joined Mac’s in 2011. I look after all things food, every day is different from creating new dishes and menu ideas to food safety with everything in between. The best thing about working at Mac’s is seeing and working with an amazing bunch of people, from our head office family to our incredible teams at the pubs and the team work so hard to drive Macs forward.

I joined Macs in 2005 as the GM of the Peahen, St. Albans. In my role now I work alongside 6 highly talented operations managers who in turn, look after all of our amazing pubs. I also work closely with our head of audit and compliance. For me the best thing about working at Macs is our people. Our operations team, including all those working in our pubs have so much passion for their pubs and colleagues it actually gives me goosebumps!

I joined Mac’s in 2016 and the main aim of my role is to keep the Mac’s managed estate legal & compliant. I really enjoy the family and friendly feel.

I joined Mac’s in 1985, in my role I am responsible for managing and overseeing an extensive development and refurbishment programme as well as co-ordinating maintenance and statutory compliance for the McMullen’s managed and tenancy estate. Being able to have the freedom to manage and make decisions is the best thing about my role.

I joined Mac’s back in 1998 (this time round!), in my role I support and advise in all HR matters for both the retail team and head office. I love working at Macs because not one day is the same, and, whether it’s a good day or a challenging one, we look after each other and we are good at the fun stuff too!

I joined Macs in 2019 and I am responsible for leading our wonderful London pubs and hotels. I love the great people and amazing pubs!

I joined Mac’s in 2017, responsible for 14 high street pubs. I love developing my team and seeing them progress throughout the business. I was previously a GM at both the Kings Reach, Biggleswade and White Hart, Hertford. I had a talented team of Assistant Managers in both pubs and have seen all of them develop into GMs which has been one of the most rewarding parts of my career so far. I also have a passion for cocktail development and support with drinks menu development!

I joined Macs in 2022 and my main focus is building and retaining the best teams to grow the Destination concept. The diversity and autonomy of my role, collaborating with our fantastic head office team & working in a company that truly strives to live our values makes it a great place to work
