Each year our pubs nominate team members to take part in our Team Member of the Year competition!
Representatives from each of our Managed pubs make their way to Hertford to take part.
Everyone is teamed up in groups and sent out with tasks and challenges to complete. No one ever knows what the organisers have in store for them! Teams were seen across Hertford and Ware collecting blue plaques, acting out movie scenes, and taking lots of selfies!
Challenges were Olympics themed this year, and we especially enjoyed the horse racing and rhythmic gymnastics!
All the teams absolutely smashed this year’s challenges, but ultimately Team Yellow came out on top ⭐
A huge thank you to our amazing organisers and volunteers for making the day brilliant as always.
Finalists will be announced soon, and they will be invited to the Retail Awards in November where the Team Member of the Year will be announced!
