Refurbished in Spring 2024 to bring a refreshed sparkle to this captivating spot, the Kingfisher lies in our Destination Inns concept, where we’re passionate about beautiful pubs and seriously relaxed dining.
This motivation of the design for this refurbishment was to create a dining experience like no other for our guests, inviting you into a welcoming environment with a nautical twist. Wander through water sport and underwater world inspired décor, and large log fires built for cosy evenings in, to the centrepiece bar at the heart of the site. Illuminated with premium spirits and craft beers from our Hertford Brewery, enjoy your favourite tipple whatever the occasion. Step outside onto the lakeside terrace, adorned with lush plantings and stylish furniture, for an alfresco dining experience with a view like no other.
