In 1911, number 76 Fore Street was home to a number of local surgeons and physicians including Dr. Ernest Richard Evans and Dr. E Shelly who carried out their business in one of the grand ten rooms of the building. A McMullen’s pub since 1999, we’ve ventured through the doctor’s notes and brought the practice into the 21st century; welcome to The Practitioner!
Expect a relaxed atmosphere bursting with character as we create a range of contemporary and traditional cocktails with the freshest ingredients, serve bespoke seasonal dishes, and boast attentive service from brunch to late night drinks.
